Summer Stage Presents The Drowsy Chaperone

Step It Up Performing Arts and Summer Stage of Cornwall-on- Hudson will be producing its second musical comedy of the season on August 12th  & 13th  at 7pm at the Walter Reade, Jr. Theatre.   The Drowsy Chaperone is a charming, witty valentine to Broadway musicals and the people who obsessively adore them.   The cast features 19 high school, college and newly college-bound students.  Audiences are invited to come see their favorite local actors Gio Brice, Janine Clancy, Sam Corby, Cara DiMedio, Carina Donato, Michael Doulin, Cameron Franke, David Haring, Robbie Hess, Kayla Horisk, Julia Hughes, Meghan Hughes, Dylan Messina, Samantha Malvey, Jackie Prunier, Julie Reed, Will Snyder and Ally Wolf onstage together one more time!

The Drowsy Chaperone is directed and choreographed by T.J. Larke, with musical direction by Benjamin Kohn.  Karen Eremin is co-directing and costuming, with Ronda Barber producing.

Tickets are $15.00 general admission and may be reserved by calling 534-3645 or purchased at the door prior to each show.   The Drowsy Chaperone is suitable for all ages, runs under two hours and will be performed without an intermission.  For more information, write kueremin at stepitupperformingarts.org.
