Step It Up Summer Stage (formerly Hudson Valley Summer Stage) is pleased to announce the two Broadway musicals it will be producing in its seventh year of theatre intensives. The first show, suitable for ages 6-18 will be Guys and Dolls. Session One’s two week intensive begins Monday, June 25^th and runs through Saturday, July 7^th.  Hours are 10-3pm, Monday through Friday.  Rehearsals are held at Step by Step Dance Studio the first week, then move up to the Walter Reade, Jr. Theatre at Storm King School for week two, including performances on July 6^th & 7th.   Tuition for this two week program is $495.00 for the first child in each family, with subsequent siblings discounted.

This summer’s Young Adult production will be a newly available high school edition of the Bob Fosse and Kander & Ebb classic Chicago.  This program is open to ages 16 and up.  Rehearsals will be structured to accommodate work schedules, and will run for the two or three weeks prior to performance dates August 10^th & 11^th.  It will not be necessary for all cast members to attend every rehearsal until the week of August 6th.  Performances are August 10^th and 11^th at the Walter Reade.   Tuition for this edition of Chicago is $375.00.

Summer Stage remains one of the best values in theatre programs in the lower Hudson Valley.  Payment plans beginning in January are available.
